7¢ Prexie Postal HistoryThe 7¢ value in the Presidential Series of 1938 (see Figure 1), hereinafter called the Prexies, depicts the seventh President of the United States (1829-1837), Andrew Jackson, also known as “Old Hickory.” William K.
